The right-side dual-pump brake assembly of the Heli 8-10 ton forklift is equipped with a parallel hydraulic pump redundant structure. The forged alloy caliper body and wide sintered friction plate are combined to cope with the ship's side transfer and continuous casting billet transfer load. The dual-pump independent control valve coordinates the piston movement stroke, stably outputs the braking torque for full-load emergency stop and continuous right-angle steering, and maintains wheel track control for narrow channel operations.
The domain-specific fin guide channel handles the heat exchange of the dual-pump unit, and the zinc-nickel alloy coating combined with the composite sealing material blocks salt spray erosion and condensation water penetration. The quick-change pump group flange interface matches the standard positioning pin to perform independent replacement of the hydraulic unit.
